Catherine Ganz was born in Switzerland and studied clinical psychology and history in Zurich and Chicago. After her license at the University of Zuerich and some years of professional experience she went to the 'Ecole de décors de théatre' in Geneva to become a scenic artist. From there she moved to Austria where she stayed 5 years at the Salzburg Festival, then worked as an independent scenic artist in Paris for 10 years. She was involved in different theatre and design projects. Vision and visualization have stayed her main interest. After some postgraduate studies she moved back to Zurich in 1997 to take over the family audiovisual business as fifth and last generation, working as a CEO for ten years. After selling the company in 2007 she returned to her scenic interests and initiated DIORAMANEA.
